My unit is going through batteries quickly approximately a set every 2 weeks. I've determined this by the flashing red light on the inner door. Any ideas on why this is happening? Why will the door lever not disengage after putting in the code hitting the quickset button and getting a green light I can open the door but the lever stays engaged. It will mark disengage. Making the lock useless. How do I fix this. I have had my Smartcode installed for 2 or 3 years and have been happy, however recently it stopped functioning.
